Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, pour in 1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk and heat over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Once the milk reaches a simmer, add 2 tablespoons each of chia seeds and hemp hearts, stir vigorously to combine.
  3. Lower the heat and gently simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove from heat after 5 minutes and let sit for an additional 3-5 minutes to thicken further.
  5. Taste the pudding and if desired, stir in 1-2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup for sweetness.
  6. Serve warm in bowls and top with nut butter, fruits, or cinnamon as desired.
