- In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened unsalted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until no dry crumbs remain. Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Roll the chilled mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill again for 30 minutes.
