- Mix 1 cup of mascarpone cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar and the cooled coffee until creamy.
- Shape the mascarpone mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on parchment paper.
- Chill the truffle balls in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted dark chocolate until fully coated.
- Dust each chocolate-coated truffle with unsweetened cocoa powder.
