Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and Italian sausage, breaking them apart as they brown for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Pour in marinara sauce and sprinkle with oregano. Stir and cover, simmering for 15 minutes.
  4. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Break lasagna noodles into pieces and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, beaten egg, Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, mixing until creamy.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss cooked noodles into meat sauce. Dollop ricotta mixture on top and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  7. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
