Basic Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut hole pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fill each cavity of the donut hole pan two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before rolling in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm with your favorite beverage.
