Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut hole pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill each cavity of the donut hole pan two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before rolling in cinnamon sugar.
