Method
 

Marinate Chicken

Cook Chicken

Prepare Beans & Corn
  1. Warm black beans in a saucepan with cumin and salt for about 5 minutes. In another pan, heat corn for 3-4 minutes.
Make Creamy Sauce
  1. Whisk together sour cream or Greek yogurt, additional lime juice, minced chipotle peppers, garlic powder, and honey until smooth and combined. Adjust seasoning.
