Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Lay out burrito-sized flour tortillas on a clean surface and spread the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  3. Sprinkle shredded romaine lettuce on top of the chicken mixture in each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, then wrap in damp paper towels and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
