  2. Marinate Chicken: Submerge the chicken thighs into the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  4. Arrange Chicken: Place the marinated chicken in the baking dish and pour the marinade over.
  5. Add Sugar: Sprinkle brown sugar over the chicken and marinade to aid caramelization.
