  • 0.5 cup oil
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 container Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting Store-bought chocolate frosting can be substituted.
For Decoration
  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs Crushed graham crackers can be an alternative.
  • 1 tube Betty Crocker™ Green Decorating Icing Homemade green icing can be used instead.
  • 1 package PEEPS® marshmallow bunnies May substitute with other fun Easter candies.
  • 1 tube Betty Crocker™ Orange Decorating Icing Any orange frosting or edible markers can work.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9x13 inch cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix with water, oil, and eggs as directed on the package. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 28 to 32 minutes.
  4. Allow cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  5. Spread chocolate frosting evenly over the top and sides of the cooled cake.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate cookie crumbs over the frosting, then pipe green icing around the base to mimic grass. Place PEEPS® on top as decoration.
  7. Use orange icing to add vibrant details around the cake.
