  • 1 package Puff Pastry thawed if frozen

  • 1 splash Milk for egg wash

  • 1 cup Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, French onion soup mix, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Unroll thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles about 4x6 inches.
  4. Place a generous scoop of the pork filling in the center of each pastry rectangle, then fold and seal the edges securely.
  5. Whisk an egg with a splash of milk and brush the top of each pastry roll with this mixture.
