Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Use a spatula to stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the yogurt mixture onto the parchment and spread it evenly, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Dollop spoonfuls of your chosen fruit spread or jam on top of the yogurt layer. Swirl the spread into the yogurt for a marbled effect.
  4. Sprinkle granola evenly over the yogurt mixture, followed by the quartered strawberries and blueberries. Press down gently.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt bark to freeze for at least 2 hours.
  6. Once the Frozen Yogurt Bark is firm, remove it from the freezer. Break into irregular pieces and enjoy.
