Preparation
- Prepare a 9 x 13 inch pan lined with wax or parchment paper, lightly sprayed with nonstick spray.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and unsalted butter.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds, stirring at 45 seconds. Heat for an additional 30 seconds if needed.
- Once fluffy, fold in the Dots fruity candy carefully to maintain color bursts.
- Transfer the nougat mixture into the prepared pan while still warm and press it down evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or freeze for about 2 hours until set.
- Cut into 1-1/2 inch squares and store in an airtight container with parchment layers.
