  • 1 medium English cucumber seeded and diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper diced

Method
 

Dressing Preparation

Salad Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and dice. Chop the green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and arrange all ingredients on a large platter.
Combine Ingredients
