  • 1/4 cup Milk or Half and Half
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese or mozzarella/pepper jack
  • 1 cup Bacon turkey bacon optional
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or chives/green onions

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and spray muffin tin with baking spray.
  2. Mix hash browns, cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne in a bowl and press into muffin tins.
  3. Bake hash brown nests for 20 minutes until golden brown, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F (177°C).
  4. Whisk together remaining cheese, eggs, milk, and bacon until fluffy.
  5. Fill baked nests with egg mixture and bake again for 12-15 minutes until eggs are set.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
