  • 1/4 cup Cornflour (Cornstarch) Ensure it's well dissolved
  • 1 tbsp Rose Water
  • 1 tbsp Orange Blossom Water
  • 1 cup Cold Water To dissolve cornstarch.

  • to taste Nuts Pistachios or almonds work well.

Preparation Steps
  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a pot, combine almond milk, dissolved cornstarch, raw sugar, rose water, and orange blossom water. Heat over medium, stirring gently.
  3. Stir constantly for about 15 minutes until thickened. This prevents lumps.
  4. Pour the pudding into a glass baking tray and spread evenly. Let it settle briefly.
  5. Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate until set, ideally overnight.
  6. Cut into cubes and serve with maple syrup, fresh fruits, or nuts.
