Preparation

  3. Stir together plum jam and cinnamon in another bowl until thoroughly combined, about 1 minute.
  4. Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry into 6 rectangles or rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Poke holes in each piece with a fork.
  5. Spoon cream cheese filling into the center of each pastry, leaving space around the edges.
  6. Place the pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Carefully spoon jam filling onto each danish and swirl gently.
  8. Return pastries to oven and bake for an additional 4-6 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  9. Remove danishes from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
