- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the chopped pepperoni, green olives, roasted red peppers, and half of the Parmesan cheese until well incorporated.
- Transfer the dip mixture into a medium-sized baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until the edges are golden and bubbling in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with dippers.
