Preparation Steps
- Start by brewing 2 cups of chai tea using either loose-leaf chai or quality tea bags. Boil water and steep for about 5 minutes. Allow the tea to cool completely before chilling.
- While the chai is cooling, wash 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries. Blend with honey or sugar until smooth. Strain if you prefer seedless puree.
- In a tall glass, pour the chilled chai tea. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and the raspberry puree. Stir gently.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and slowly pour in 1/2 cup of milk or a dairy-free alternative.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
