Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until clear. Cook with slightly less water than normal.
  2. Marinate beef with soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, and sesame oil. Cook until browned.
  3. Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds, then cool in ice bath and season.
  4. Julienne carrot and stir-fry until tender, seasoning with a little soy sauce.
  5. Slice fish cake and cook in skillet, adding soy sauce and sugar for flavor.
  6. On a bamboo mat, lay out seaweed and spread an even layer of rice.
  7. Layer beef, spinach, carrots, fish cake, pickled radish, and egg strips over the rice.
  8. Roll tightly using the mat and seal with water.
  9. Slice the Kimbap into bite-sized pieces and serve.
