Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 7 to 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, mustard, and garlic until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Fold the cooled macaroni into the dressing and add radish and green pepper. Mix gently.
  4. Sprinkle in cayenne pepper, adjust seasonings, and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. Overnight is best.
