Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Twist open each Oreo cookie to remove the cream-filled side, setting the empty sides aside.
  3. Combine softened butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and blend until light and fluffy.
  4. Spread the creamy filling on one side of an Oreo and press another side on top to form a sandwich.
  5. Melt chocolate kisses in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals until smooth.
  6. Place a melted chocolate kiss on top of each Oreo sandwich while the chocolate is still warm.
