- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan with olive oil.
- Roll Dough: Roll out pizza dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle.
- Brush with Oil: Brush the rolled-out dough with garlic herb oil, reserving some for later.
- Sprinkle Cheese: Evenly sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese across the dough surface.
