Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Garlic Herb Oil: Combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and optional red pepper flakes. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan with olive oil.
  3. Roll Dough: Roll out pizza dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle.
  4. Brush with Oil: Brush the rolled-out dough with garlic herb oil, reserving some for later.
  5. Sprinkle Cheese: Evenly sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese across the dough surface.
  6. Cut Strips: Slice the dough into 1-inch strips.
  7. Cut Squares: Cut the stacked strips into 1-inch squares.
  8. Arrange in Pan: Place the dough squares into the springform pan, cut sides up.
  9. Brush Top: Brush the top with remaining garlic herb oil.
  10. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden.
