  • 1 cup crushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips
  • 1 small bell pepper stem for garnish

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Shape the mixture into a ball. If too soft, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in crushed tortilla chips, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Create ridges around the surface to mimic pumpkin segments.
  6. Insert a small bell pepper stem into the top center of the cheese ball.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Unwrap and serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
