Steps to Prepare
  1. Gather all your ingredients on the countertop: fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the packed fresh spinach, sliced ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk. Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Insert sticks into the middle of each filled mold or cover with aluminum foil and poke sticks through.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  7. To release the smoothie pops, run warm water over the molds for about 10–15 seconds.
