Steps to Prepare
- Gather all your ingredients on the countertop: fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the packed fresh spinach, sliced ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk. Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Insert sticks into the middle of each filled mold or cover with aluminum foil and poke sticks through.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- To release the smoothie pops, run warm water over the molds for about 10–15 seconds.
