  • 5 slices prosciutto can substitute with ham or turkey
  • 1 tbsp oil olive oil is recommended
  • 2 cloves garlic minced; fresh or powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese reduced fat; Greek yogurt can be used
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface, pinching seams to create a solid rectangle.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add prosciutto and spinach until tender.
  4. Mix the sautéed ingredients with cream cheese until smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the creamy filling evenly over the dough and roll it tightly into a tube.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into approximately 12 pinwheels and arrange on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 17-20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Allow pinwheels to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
