Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your mixing bowl and ingredients.

  3. Add rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the banana mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown around the edges.
  7. Allow to cool in the baking dish for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a cutting board and slicing into squares.
