- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your mixing bowl and ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth using a fork or potato masher.
- Add rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the banana mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
