Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients for the Special Fried Rice. Measure out the cooked rice, char siu chicken, prawns, and assorted vegetables.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, pour in about two tablespoons of cooking oil and heat it over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the diced char siu chicken and prawns to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the prawns turn pink and opaque.
