- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, butter, milk, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each cupcake liner three-quarters full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the buttercream by mixing icing sugar, butter, and a splash of milk. Separate and color one batch green, and add cocoa powder to the other.
- Once cooled, pipe green frosting on top to resemble grass, then swirl cocoa frosting to create nests. Add 3-4 mini eggs on top.
