Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, butter, milk, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fill each cupcake liner three-quarters full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Prepare the buttercream by mixing icing sugar, butter, and a splash of milk. Separate and color one batch green, and add cocoa powder to the other.
  5. Once cooled, pipe green frosting on top to resemble grass, then swirl cocoa frosting to create nests. Add 3-4 mini eggs on top.
