Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in melted butter.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in crushed Halloween Oreos and chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Top with whole Oreo cookies and lightly press down.
- Bake for 30-32 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly gooey.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before lifting out and cooling completely on a wire rack.
