  3. Add Cookie Butter for Flavor: Mix in cookie butter until dissolved in warm chai.
  4. Cool the Chai Mixture: Let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes, or refrigerate.
  5. Assemble the Iced Latte: Fill glass with ice, pour cooled chai mixture halfway.
  6. Top with Oat Milk: Fill the glass with oat milk to the top.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Top with vegan whipped cream and drizzle cookie butter.
