Step-by-Step Instructions for Black Halloween Milkshake
- In a blender, combine 3 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of black gel food coloring. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the thickness. If too thick, blend in an additional splash of milk; if too thin, incorporate more ice cream.
- Place tall glasses in the freezer for about 5–10 minutes to chill.
- Pour the blended mixture into the chilled glasses, filling them about three-quarters full, and top with a swirl of whipped cream.
