Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by placing your chicken breast in a bowl and drizzling it with oyster sauce, soy sauce, black soy sauce, and ground white pepper. Mix well and let it marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your convection oven to 437°F (225°C).
  3. Spiralize the cucumbers into ribbons and place them in a salad bowl.
  4. Halve the grape tomatoes and gently toss them into the bowl with the cucumber ribbons.
  5. If meal-prepping, store cucumber ribbons and grape tomatoes separately in airtight containers.
  6. Cook the marinated chicken for approximately 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Add the sliced chicken to the salad bowl with cucumbers and tomatoes, toss gently to combine, and serve immediately.
