Cupcake Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with colorful cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the cupcake ingredients using an electric mixer until smooth and fully combined.
- Carefully fill the cupcake liners about 3/4 full with the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Once baked, cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Make the frosting by beating together the softened butter, icing sugar, milk, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Divide the frosting; tint one half green and mix cocoa powder into the other half for a chocolate frosting.
- Pipe the green frosting at the base of each cupcake for grass and swirl on the chocolate frosting, then top with Cadbury mini eggs.
