Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the savory sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes until fully browned.
  3. Prepare the creamy white pepper gravy and stir continuously until thickened and smooth for about 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk the eggs together for about a minute, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to season.
  5. Grease a large baking dish, layer half the torn biscuits, sausage, and pour gravy over it.
  6. Pour the whisked eggs over the layers and sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set in the center with a golden crust.
  8. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
