Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Stir in the Everything Bagel seasoning until evenly mixed.
  2. Pour in the warm water into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until a shaggy, sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl tightly and let the dough rise in a warm area for 12-24 hours.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
  5. Place the dough on parchment paper and cover it loosely with a towel for about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside for about 30 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven, lift the dough using parchment paper and place it inside. Brush with water and sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
  8. Cover the Dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden-brown.
  9. Transfer the bread to a cooling rack and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
