Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine seasoned salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until fully blended.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes and add cooking oil.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the prepared blackened seasoning.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Warm the street taco shells according to package instructions.
  7. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, diced avocado, and lime juice, tossing gently.
  8. Assemble the tacos by placing sliced chicken into each warm tortilla and topping with the avocado pico de gallo.
