Instructions for Vegan Apple Cinnamon Buns
- Warm the plant-based milk until it reaches room temperature.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the warmed milk and olive oil, mix until a cohesive dough forms, then knead for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Mix soft brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
- Roll out the dough, spread the apple filling and cinnamon mixture, then roll into a log and slice.
- Arrange the buns in a greased baking tin, cover, and let them rise for another 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Brush tops with vegan butter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before serving warm.
