Method
 

Instructions for Vegan Apple Cinnamon Buns
  1. Warm the plant-based milk until it reaches room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the warmed milk and olive oil, mix until a cohesive dough forms, then knead for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Mix soft brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Roll out the dough, spread the apple filling and cinnamon mixture, then roll into a log and slice.
  7. Arrange the buns in a greased baking tin, cover, and let them rise for another 45 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Brush tops with vegan butter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before serving warm.
