  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the peeled and chopped cucumbers, seeded and chopped tomatoes, and finely chopped purple onion. Follow by pouring in the sliced black olives and minced garlic.
  2. Next, incorporate 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese into the mixture. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the ingredients, giving the dip a smooth texture.
  3. Using a large spoon, gently stir all the ingredients together until they are evenly combined.
  4. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, remove the dip from the refrigerator, give it a gentle stir, and consider adding a drizzle of olive oil on top.
