- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Portion out mounds of the yogurt mixture and place on the sheet. Freeze for 30-40 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating at 20-second intervals until glossy.
- Dip each yogurt bite into the melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
