Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Portion out mounds of the yogurt mixture and place on the sheet. Freeze for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating at 20-second intervals until glossy.
  4. Dip each yogurt bite into the melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  5. Return the coated bites to the baking sheet and freeze for an additional 10-15 minutes to set.
