  1. In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, low-sodium soy sauce, light brown sugar, toasted sesame oil, chili sauce, and cornstarch. Whisk together until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced red bell pepper, asparagus, and snow peas to the pan, stirring constantly for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
