Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean and trim the Brussels sprouts and halve them.
  3. Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet, add minced garlic and sauté.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, add half of the mixed cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg.
  5. Add the halved Brussels sprouts and coat them with the creamy sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved cheese mixture over the Brussels sprouts.
  7. Bake for 18-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
