Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, squeezed-dry spinach, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Blend until well incorporated.
- Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a large baking dish.
- Layer with noodles, followed by the ricotta-spinach mixture, cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, and more marinara. Repeat until ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and marinara.
- Cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes for decoration and place them on top, using black olives as eyes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the lasagna and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
