Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Green Apple Monsters
  1. Begin by washing your green apples thoroughly and patting them dry. Carefully quarter each apple and remove the core and seeds. Cut a V-shape in the center of each apple quarter to create the monster's mouth.
  2. Spread a generous layer of creamy peanut butter into the center of each apple slice's mouth.
  3. Press several pumpkin or sunflower seeds into the edges of the apple quarters’ mouths.
  4. Cut the cheddar or Colby Jack cheese into triangle shapes and insert one triangular piece into the center of each apple’s mouth.
  5. Using leftover peanut butter, carefully attach candy eyes to the top of each apple quarter.
  6. Serve your Green Apple Monsters immediately after assembling on a festive platter.
