Cooking Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for a temperature between 375°F and 400°F.
- Cut heavy-duty foil into squares large enough to wrap each ear of corn completely.
- Place each ear of corn on a piece of foil and wrap it tightly, ensuring it’s completely enclosed.
- In a bowl, combine butter, lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, garlic, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
- Generously spread the cilantro-lime butter mixture over each ear of corn.
- Fold the foil around the corn securely to trap steam while grilling.
- Place the foil-wrapped corn on the grill, cooking for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully remove the corn from the grill, unwrap, and serve immediately with any remaining butter drizzle.
