- Grill the patties for 4–5 minutes on one side, flip and grill for an additional 4–5 minutes, placing a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute.
- In another bowl, combine mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, avocado, and dill pickles. Toss gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, olive oil, and lemon juice until creamy.
- Allow the patties to rest for a couple of minutes after grilling.
