Preparation Steps
- Cook the Orzo: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add orzo pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and spread on a baking sheet to cool.

- Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine orzo, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley. Toss gently.
- Mix the Dressing: Whisk together bacon, mayonnaise, honey, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Combine and Serve: Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss. Top with sliced grilled chicken and serve immediately.
