Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by washing and chopping the red and yellow peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice a small onion into quarters, ensuring you separate the layers for grilling.
- Clean the baby bella mushrooms and remove any stems.
- Take wooden skewers (soaked in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning) and begin assembling your kabobs.
- Alternate threading the chicken pieces, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion layers, mushrooms, and pineapple chunks onto each skewer.
- Once assembled, place them in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.
- Generously baste the skewers with teriyaki sauce and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
- Carefully place the marinated kabobs on the grill.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, turning carefully with tongs.
- Remove them from the grill and let them rest on a platter for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes
Allow kabobs to marinate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Let them rest before serving to keep chicken moist.
