Ingredients
  

For the Zucchini
  • 3 medium Zucchini Sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil
  • to taste teaspoon Salt Adjust according to preference
  • to taste teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked recommended
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumble over zucchini
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Torn into pieces
  • 2 pieces Lemon Wedges For serving

Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 450°F.
  2. Wash and slice the medium zucchinis lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. Drizzle both sides of the zucchini slices with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned zucchini slices directly on the heated grill grates and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the grilled zucchini from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the warm grilled zucchini.
  7. Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter them atop the zucchini and feta.
  8. Serve alongside lemon wedges.
