Grilling Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 450°F.
- Wash and slice the medium zucchinis lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices.
- Drizzle both sides of the zucchini slices with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned zucchini slices directly on the heated grill grates and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the grilled zucchini from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the warm grilled zucchini.
- Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter them atop the zucchini and feta.
- Serve alongside lemon wedges.
