Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once shimmering, add the patties.
  4. Cook patties for 5 to 6 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes until done.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove the patties and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers with your desired garnishes and serve immediately.
