Steps to Prepare
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once shimmering, add the patties.
- Cook patties for 5 to 6 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes until done.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove the patties and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with your desired garnishes and serve immediately.
