Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Fold in about 1/4 cup of Halloween M&M's into the brownie batter.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place the premade Halloween cookies on top of the brownie batter.
