- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- Fold in about 1/4 cup of Halloween M&M's into the brownie batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Place the premade Halloween cookies on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake for about 28-30 minutes until edges are crispy and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Sprinkle additional Halloween M&M's on top after baking and allow to cool before slicing.
